Exchange for Defective Product (90 days)
Our Customer service department will be handle your inquiry by emails within 1-2 working days, an RMA Number will be assign to each case, and all return must first obtain a RMA number.

Refund instruction will be sent to customer by email
- Shipping item back to us (postage paid by customer or provided label if it is our mistake)
- (**Please Keep a record of tracking number / shipping label)
- Confirm all parts of your purchase are being returned, including original packaging and replacement items (if there is any) are returned in good / like new condition
- Refund will be posted within 5 business working days upon receiving of the return item.
- All Shipping fees are not refundable.
* All Pool sets include P1 , P2 and P2-Petite, subject to 15% restocking fees of original purchase price*.
*Items receive in poor condition due to excessive usage, damage by user error, miss parts will be subject to restocking fee / partial refund.

The return must be in its original packaging and placed in a box or packaging paper to avoid damage caused by courier during delivery and transit. We reserve the rights to refuse returns, or to charge restocking fees if the product is not received in original packaging condition.
We strongly recommend that you return the item back to us providing with the valid tracking number to ensure it is traceable and deliver to us safely.
Return Postage Costs
You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned product. All products that are unauthorized will be rejected. Therefore, no credit or refund will be issued. We will, however, refund your return shipping costs if it’s error caused by our mistakes, such as received incorrect/missing item, damaged shipment, or shipping address is different from what customer has enter.
How refunds are issued
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. This will be directly pay back to your Paypal or original payment credit card. The refund will be processed once our warehouse has received the item and examined the condition of the product. The refund amount will be the original total amount minus the applicable shipping fees.
